What is a non-resident fee?
We charge a non-resident fee if the person being buried (the deceased) wasn’t living in 黑料视频 when they died. This is on top of the Exclusive Right of Burial fee.
This means that people who don’t live in 黑料视频, but who want to be buried in 黑料视频, will pay more than those who do live in 黑料视频.
Anyone who wasn’t living in 黑料视频 at the time of their death, but who bought the Exclusive Rights of Burial for a grave while they were living in 黑料视频, won’t need to pay the non-resident fee.
